Hi, I’m Dollar Kakar, a certified yoga trainer and nutritionist.

I have always been passionate about fitness, sports, and science. However, my true transformation began during a challenging period when I rediscovered the importance of physical and mental well-being. This journey led me to explore yoga deeply, ultimately shaping my approach to fitness coaching.

2021 – A Turning Point

While juggling a hectic corporate role, I battled physical and emotional strains; therapy, weight training, and ditching junk food and alcohol ignited transformation.

2022 – Discovering Yoga

A transformative trip to Mcleodganj deepened my understanding of yoga’s profound philosophy, inspiring a dedicated journey toward holistic wellness.

May 2022 – Yoga Teacher Training (TTC)

Completing a 200-hour Yoga TTC in Rishikesh in May 2022 marked the final step of my healing journey, cementing my commitment to holistic wellness.
